This question inspired me as I started my own herbal supplement business, The Shepherd’s Harvest. I wanted science! I needed proof to inspire our customers to go back to their roots.

I couldn’t find the answers anywhere, and so I embarked on writing this book with the simple goal of providing the evidence from clinical trials to back up the claims of natural medicine.
